PRICES
Price is $2,995 including international airfare from Los Angeles (several other cities available), plus airport taxes $169.50 (subject to change) Please call to see if you are eligible for one of our many discounts: 877-406-5206. Tour is based on a minimum of 20 persons. Prices quoted are for credit card; please deduct 4% for cash ($2875 + airport tax). A payment plan is available and flexible, but all payments must be made in full by no later than March 19th.
A deposit of $500 will hold the space for you, then you may make payments as agreed.
Cost is based on double occupancy; a single room supplement is $750; roommates are not guaranteed.
Extensions to Nusa Dua Resort are $504; cash price is $488.

TOUR PRICE INCLUDES:
Economy Class Airfare – AS INDICATED ABOVE
Transfers and Sightseeing - by motorcoach, as specified in itinerary; all admissions and entrance fees to places visited as per the itinerary.
Hotel Accommodation - room accommodations are provided at the hotels indicated, in deluxe/garden view category. Accommodations are based on two persons sharing a twin-bedded room or king bed with private bath.
Meals - as indicated. All breakfasts, some lunches and dinners are included.
Amenities - Spa treatments and other features are included as indicated on the itinerary.
Roommates/Single Supplements - Single rooms are available upon payment of a single room supplement of $750 per person. Spirit Quest will provide roommates wherever possible, upon request. If no roommate is available when tour closes, guest will be required to pay a single supplement, so guests are strongly encouraged to sign up with their own roommates (and may receive a referral fee per person).
Tips and Taxes - all airport taxes, all local taxes and tips on room accommodations, are included in the cost of the tour, except tips on porterage and meals, and gratuities to local guides.
Tour Price Does Not Include - documentation costs, Entrance or exit visa charges of $35 total, Bali Indonesia departure tax, travel insurance, excess baggage charges, beverages not on the menu of table d'hôte meals, optional tours and activities specified herein or not specifically included in the itinerary, laundry, insurance, or any other item of a personal nature not specifically mentioned herein.
CANCELLATION
DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE IN THE CASE OF CANCELLATION, EXCEPT AS NOTED. PASSENGERS CANCELLING WITHIN 2 MONTHS OF TRAVEL RECEIVE A 50% REFUND, IN LESS THAN 1 MONTH, NO REFUND – WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE ALL TRAVELERS TO BUY TRIP INSURANCE IN CASE OF CANCELLATION.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
All travelers need a passport valid for at least six months after the date of entering the country. Please note that this rule is enforced by Indonesia. Holders of American Passports are required to obtain visas to visit Indonesia. Visas will be obtained at the airport upon arrival for US$25 per person, which they must carry in cash.
BAGGAGE
Between North America and Asian destinations, each passenger is allowed two pieces of checked baggage. The total dimensions of both pieces must not exceed 107 inches, with the largest piece not to exceed 62 inches. Cabin baggage is limited to one item and the sum of the three dimensions must not exceed 45 inches.
RESPONSIBILITY
Spirit Quest Tours has made arrangements for the tour services described in this brochure. Hotels, airlines, and other suppliers providing tour services are independent contractors and are not the agents, employees or servants of, or joint venturers with Spirit Quest Tours. Elizabeth Gilbert and Penguin Books are not affiliated with Spirit Quest Tours or with this trip. All certificates and other travel documents for tour services issued by us or our booking agent, AsiaLuxe, are subject to the terms and conditions specified by the supplier and the laws of the countries is which the services are supplied.
By agreeing to utilize the services of Spirit Quest Tours, the tour participant agrees that neither Spirit Quest Tours, AsiaLuxe, Cathay Pacific Airlines, Plan Asia, or its affiliates nor its or their employees or agents, shall be liable for any delay, inconvenience, loss of employment, upset, disappointment, distress or frustration, whether physical or mental, resulting from the act or omission of Spirit Quest Tours, AsiaLuxe, Cathay Pacific, Plan Asia, or its affiliates, or its or their employees or agents, or shall be liable for any damage, loss, claim, cost or expense arising out of personal injury, accident, or death, loss, damage or delay of baggage or other property, resulting from:
1. the act or omission on the part of any person other than Spirit Quest Tours, AsiaLuxe, Cathay Pacific, Plan Asia, or its employees;
2. acts of God, sickness, theft, labor disputes, mechanical break-down, government actions, weather, or any cause beyond Spirit Quest Tours', AsiaLuxe's, Cathay Pacific's,or Plan Asia’s direct control.
No person, other than a representative of Spirit Quest Tours, AsiaLuxe, Cathay Pacific, or Plan Asia, authorized by a document in writing, may vary, add or waive any term or condition in this brochure, including any term or condition set forth in the preceding provisions.
Written notice of any claim against Spirit Quest Tours must be received no later than fourteen (14) days after the date that services were provided to a tour participant.
Although every effort will be made to deliver the trip exactly as in the itinerary, all terms and conditions, including fares, schedules, locations and rates are subject to change without notice.
