PRICING
$2,609 includes full land package as indicated in the itinerary and all flights inside Europe. For this tour, you may pay by check, money order, Visa, MasterCard, Discover/Novus, or American Express. A $250 deposit is required to hold your space; final payment must be made 60 days prior to travel.
Cost is based on double occupancy; a single room supplement may be available; please inquire.

TOUR PRICE INCLUDES:
Intra-country airfare ONLY - International airfare IS available as an add-on, with an additional deposit of $250.
Some trips require additional deposits; we will advise you if this is the case.
Transfers and Sightseeing - by deluxe motorcoach, as specified in itinerary; all admissions and entrance fees to places visited as per the itinerary. Airport transfers will not be provided on entry to and exit from the country, unless you have booked air on this vacation, but can be paid for separately.
Hotel Accommodation - room accommodations are provided at the hotels indicated, in deluxe/garden view category, unless an upgrade is indicated. Accommodations are based on two persons sharing a twin-bedded room or king bed with private bath. If a hotel substitution is necessary, a comparable or better quality hotel will be provided.
Roommates/Single Supplements - Single rooms are available upon payment of a single room supplement. No roommate will be provided for this tour, so guests are required to sign up in pairs or pay a single room supplement.
Tips and Taxes - are the responsibility of the guest, unless otherwise indicated.
Tour Price Does Not Include - tipping, documentation costs, Entrance or exit visa charges, travel insurance, excess baggage charges, beverages not on the menu of table d'hôte meals, optional tours and activities specified herein or not specifically included in the itinerary, laundry, other insurance, or any other item of a personal nature not specifically mentioned herein.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
All travelers need a passport valid for at least six months after the date of entering the country. Holders of American Passports are responsible for their own visas, and any required health immunizations or paperwork.
CANCELLATION
If cancellation is received before the final payment date of your vacation, your non-refundable deposit and Travel Protection premiums will be retained in addition to any airline-imposed fees or penalties. For individual reservations, the following per person cancellation fees apply. Total price does not include discounts, promotions, or special incentives.

• Travel Protection and travel Protection Plus premiums are non-refundable within 120 days prior to departure, unless the cruise is cancelled by the Operator .
REVISION FEES
You are allowed two pieces of checked baggage if your tour includes a river cruise, and ONE piece if it does not. Please review your travel documents for size restrictions, and also check with your own airline for their size restrictions.

Spirit Quest Tours has made arrangements for the tour services described in this brochure with our partner Globus Family of Brands (which includes Globus Journeys and Avalon Cruise line, among others). Hotels, airlines, and other suppliers providing tour services are independent contractors and are not the agents, employees or servants of, or joint venturers with Spirit Quest Tours. All certificates and other travel documents for tour services issued by us or our booking agent, Globus Family of Brands, are subject to the terms and conditions specified by the supplier and the laws of the countries is which the services are supplied.
By agreeing to utilize the services of Spirit Quest Tours or its partner, Globus, the tour participant agrees that neither Spirit Quest Tours, Globus, or its affiliates nor its or their employees or agents, shall be liable for any delay, inconvenience, loss of employment, upset, disappointment, distress or frustration, whether physical or mental, resulting from the act or omission of Spirit Quest Tours, Globus, or its affiliates, or its or their employees or agents, or shall be liable for any damage, loss, claim, cost or expense arising out of personal injury, accident, or death, loss, damage or delay of baggage or other property, resulting from:
1. the act or omission on the part of any person from Spirit Quest Tours, Globus or its employees;
2. acts of God, sickness, theft, labor disputes, mechanical break-down, government actions, weather, or any cause beyond Spirit Quest Tours' or Globus’ direct control.
No person, other than a representative of Spirit Quest Tours or Globus, authorized by a document in writing, may vary, add or waive any term or condition in this brochure, including any term or condition set forth in the preceding provisions.
Written notice of any claim against Spirit Quest Tours must be received no later than fourteen (14) days after the date that services were provided to a tour participant.
