Bookings & Payments
A non-refundable deposit is required at sign-up to hold your spot. The deposit amount and full payment due date vary by tour and will be clearly stated at the time of booking. Full payment is typically due 45 days before departure. Payment plans are available — just ask.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, personal checks, and cashier's checks. All online payments are processed securely through WeTravel.
Pricing & Occupancy
All tour prices are per person based on double occupancy (two people sharing a room). Single supplements are available on most tours for guests who prefer their own room. If you need a roommate, we'll do our best to match you — but if no match is available when the tour closes, the single supplement will apply.
What's Typically Included
Unless otherwise stated, tour prices include accommodations, meals as indicated, ground transportation, entrance fees, site visits, local taxes, and gratuities on rooms and meals.
What's Typically Not Included
International airfare, passport and visa fees, travel insurance, excess baggage charges, beverages beyond what's specified, room service, laundry, phone calls, and any personal expenses or optional activities not listed in the itinerary.
Travel Documents
A valid passport is required for all international tours. Most destinations require your passport to be valid for at least six months beyond your entry date. Visa requirements vary by destination and nationality — it's your responsibility to ensure you have the correct documents before you travel.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, especially Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) coverage. CFAR policies must typically be purchased shortly after your initial deposit, so don't wait. Responsibility
Spirit Quest Tours arranges travel services on your behalf through independent hotels, transportation providers, and other suppliers. These are independent contractors — not our employees or agents. While we work hard to deliver every trip as described, we are not liable for delays, injuries, property loss, or disruptions caused by suppliers, acts of God, weather, illness, government actions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Any claims against Spirit Quest Tours must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the date services were provided.
By booking with us, you agree that Spirit Quest Tours may use photos or images from the trip in our promotional materials.
Changes & Cancellations
Itineraries, pricing, and schedules are subject to change. If changes are necessary, we'll maintain the same quality of experience. In extraordinary circumstances — natural disasters, political unrest, health emergencies — we'll do everything possible to reschedule or refund fairly.
